Follow this link to access the RI Tour Assignments. If you signed up for the tour, you must report to a specific location at an assigned time. Please support the assignments that we have made, arranging our large group into smaller groups. This method ensures the best tour experience for you and helps manage traffic throughout the building.

This year, we have created a one-hour session for first-time Alliance meeting participants. Terri Clark (Far West PETS) and Karen Wentz (Mid-South PETS) are coordinating this brief orientation meeting. Attendance is encouraged as these Alliance veterans share their experiences in an effort to help the first-time participant glean even more from the two-day meeting. The meeting is an opportunity to become familiar with the flow of the next two days. The agenda is:

• Brief Background of the Alliance
• Overview of What to Expect from Alliance Meeting, Networking Opportunities

Follow this link for a listing of suggested restaurants that are within walking distance from the Hilton Garden. These are tried and true and very popular every year. We will divide oursleves into dinner groups on Friday night to encourage networking and fellowship. The restaurants being used Friday night are: Bravo!, Dave's Italian Kitchen, Davis Street Fish Market, Pete Miller's, Thai Sookdee.
