Annual Meeting – July 17-19, 2024
Our twenty-sixth annual meeting will be at One Rotary Center in Evanston, Illinois, USA on July 17-19, 2024. Please note that this is a change from prior years’ events in that the event is a Thursday-Friday with a Social on Wednesday evening.
Come to Evanston and participate in the relationships that have been developed with RI Staff and among peer event leaders to bolster our commitment to continuing the original mission that brought us together — the best club & district officer training we can present. Lodging will continue to be at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Below are two separate steps and each must be completed after April 15 and before June 15, 2024.

What’s the schedule? The ever-popular Wednesday evening Social will be hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn. The social begins at 8:00pm so there is ample time for various arrival schedules as well as dinner prior to the cash-bar Social.
We will begin our annual meeting on Thursday at 9:00am at RI Headquarters’ Auditorium. Please review our revised Meeting Agenda (as a work-in-progress) for the timeline details.
The dress for the meeting is business casual. After Thursday’s meeting, we will have informal, networking dinners.
The Friday session will begin with breakfast at RI and conclude by 3:00pm.
Please note that this is a working meeting and representatives from each PETS organization are seated together. If your partner/spouse elects to come to the meeting with you, he or she will likely be seated in the rear portion of the meeting room. We will make this decision based on space available.
